3 - Send back your original item(s) (you can re-use the resealable, recycled packaging it arrived in!)

Return/Exchange Policy

Something not quite right? Not a problem. Returns or exchanges are on us within 60 days of purchase -- no questions asked. If you receive one of our products and are not pleased with it for any reason, we would be happy to take it back in its original form for a full refund or exchange. 

*Leggings cut to a shorter length cannot be returned or exchanged, and protective masks are final sale.

Free returns and exchanges within the U.S.

No restocking fees and free return shipping both ways for orders within the United States. 

International returns and exchanges

We're unable to offer free return shipping for international orders. To return or exchange an international order, please follow these instructions:

  1. Pack your item(s). Include a note in your package on whether you'd like a refund or what you'd like to exchange to. Go ahead and reuse the recycled poly mailer bag that your order arrived in, it's resealable!
  2. Mail the package back to our address at :

  3. Once we receive your package we'll process your refund or exchange. You'll receive an email notification when it goes through.

Is it easy to return items?

It's super, super easy! You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code — your choice. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email. 

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

Once your items are received back to us and processed, your refund should appear back to your original form of payment in 3-5 business days. If you placed an exchange order and the item is in stock, we'll get it shipped out for you in 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with new tracking information for your exchange when it ships.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back. You may place your exchange order immediately through this portal. If your new item is in stock, we'll get it shipped out for you within 1-2 business days. Please note that the system will allow you to place an order even if the item is currently out of stock and on pre-order. If you want to confirm it's in stock or if it's on pre-order and when the estimated ship date is, check the individual product page at

Is an order slip required?

Nope! We have all the information we need, so long as your returned product still has its original tags intact and you use the shipping label we provide to you.
